The Jaycees offer a number of projects to get you involved
in our community... from community service volunteer projects,
to attending local cultural events. There is something for
every one.
The Jaycees offer several networking functions for Tampa
Bay young professionals. Bring your business card or your
resume, meet new contacts or potential customers. Our events
are fun and draw a wide array of young professionals.
Former President Ronald Reagan called the Jaycees "the
best leadership development organization in the world."
By working on projects in our community, you can develop
your leadeship skills - which can help you in your job,
your family, and your community.
 ...There
is something for everyone in the Tampa Jaycees!
The Tampa Jaycees participated in the first Downtown After
Six in downtown Tampa on June 16, 2005.
was stationed at the Hub where
we had over 500 people visit our venue. Guests were
treated to appetizers, including chicken wings donated
by the Palma Ceia Beef O'Brady's, and they learned
about our wide range of community service, individual
development and networking opportunities.
was the beneficiary of our
raffle and many attendees found out about their future
from a Jaycees' sponsored fortune teller.
Due
to the overwhelming success of the event, there is
already talk of a second one this fall.
